1:1 Support Online - Single Session

Held on Zoom with full devotion and space for a deeper exploration of your situation and its ripples across all dimensions: physical, mental, emotional, energetic and spiritual. We might sit in contemplation and sacred dialogue, or move into a kriya or meditation from the Kundalini Yoga tradition, chosen specifically for you and what you are going through. I can guide you with ideas for ritual: shaping a ceremony, holding one with you, or both. You'll also receive reflective journalling prompts and lifestyle and self-care practices for the days after or between sessions. There is always an opportunity to have a 20-minute check-in call after the session and ongoing availability via WhatsApp, for one week or for as long as your package runs.
