Kundalini Yoga
Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of awareness and self-experience.
It is a powerful and transformative practice, traditionally known as the yoga of householders: people who are active in the world, raising families, working, running businesses and navigating the demands of everyday life. It offers tools that work quickly and effectively, helping you build resilience to stress and develop the caliber and capacity to meet life’s challenges with courage and grace.
Each regular class follows a similar structure: tuning in with a mantra, warm-ups, a kriya (a series of exercises designed to create a specific effect), deep relaxation, often a meditation, and closing.
A kriya combines pranayama (breathing techniques), asana (physical postures), mudra (hand gestures), drishti (eye focus) and mantra (the chanting of sacred sounds).

FAQ
I have never done yoga before. Are the classes beginner friendly?
Absolutely! Every class is taught so that a first-timer can follow it. Yoga meets you where you're at and so do my classes.
Do I need to be flexible or fit?
Kundalini yoga is not a flexibility practice, although it will support you in building flexibility over time. It asks for breath and your applied attention and awareness, not for a particular body. Modifications are always offered when needed.
I'm not sure yet I can come every week. Does that matter?
A committed (group) practice gives you something a single class can't: a rhythm your nervous system starts to recognise, allowing real shifts to be made, and a room of familiar faces who keep up with you, mirror you, and celebrate your breakthroughs.
However, life happens, and I understand not every week looks the same. That is what the passes are for. Five classes for €65 or ten for €135, valid a full year. Together we'll keep track of how much you've used. You're also welcome to join online, from wherever you are.
