Nourish & Restore
A woman’s resilience is nurtured through restoration; she cannot keep pouring out light without tending her own fire.
In-home support built around wholesome food, rest, and presence, for whatever season of change, exhaustion or overwhelm you find yourself in: work that never seems to stop, a household running on your energy alone, a career switch, divorce, a big move, illness, or simply a life that’s been asking more of you than you currently have left to give. I come to you and cook in your kitchen. I care for you and hold space, whether that means finally being able to eat in peace, having a chance to laugh, cry, or express yourself fully without having to explain why, or simply being met exactly as you are, with no need to perform how well you’re coping. As women, we give so much of ourselves to others: to our families, our communities, our businesses, and our relationships. This is a space where, for a few hours, I give back to you, so you can (re)discover and rekindle the flame that is always there.
What I offer:
-
Home-cooked meals following Ayurvedic principles
Healthy, nutrient dense food freshly prepared to cater to your needs, supporting a renewed sense of well-being.
-
Somatic practices for nourishment & healing
Warm oil massage (abhyanga), herbal body and foot baths, yoni steam, rebozo and belly binding, private yoga, guided relaxation and meditation.
-
Practical hands in/around the house
Light household tasks such as tidying, cleaning, laundry and errands to restore a sense of grounding and harmony.
-
A neutral space for sharing & reflection
An opportunity to speak about how things really are, to someone outside of it all. No one trying to analyse, fix or talk you out of it. No advice unless it's asked for. Just a simple, profound witnessing, with and beyond words.

FAQ
Do I need to have a specific reason to book this?
No. "I have, perhaps without conscious noticing, been running on empty and I need someone to look after me for an afternoon" is a very valid reason, and it's one of the most common ones. There can ofcourse also be periods where the nervous system is simply overtaxed, or where more support is needed to navigate what life is asking of you, like a demanding work period, a house move, becoming a caregiver, or adjusting to a big life change. There doesn't need to be a crisis, or a diagnosis, or a story that justifies it.
What's included in the price, and how does it work in terms of meals?
Travel expenses are included, as is everything else listed above. Everything is shaped entirely around your wishes and needs. Costs for groceries are excluded and always agreed upon in advance. I cook in your home, but if needed I can also prepare part of the meal beforehand and bring it with me. Together we'll check what equipment you already have and I'm happy to share examples of menus, content and prices, also depending on the length of the visit, during our introduction call.
Can I book one visit, or does it have to be a series?
One visit is completely normal, and many women start there. Packages of 3 or 6 are available for longer recoveries and if needed, we can make a personalised plan including other services I offer, too.
I'd love to use this service, but I don't have the financial means. What can I do?
We usually don't allow ourselves something like this, it can feel indulgent, or like there are more urgent things to spend on. But rest, care and being met are not luxuries, they're needs, and finding a way to make space for them is worth it. Payment in installments is always an option, just ask. I also hold a very limited number of seva spots, where you only pay the basic costs or even they are funded by the community. These spots are reserved for exceptional circumstances. Reach out and we talk about what's possible.
What others say:
A calm anchor, who really lightens your load and takes care of you. I hope to be nourished by Emma many more times, what a gift!
