Nourish & Restore
1:1 In-Home Support — Nourish & Restore
There are seasons that ask more of us than we have left to give. A new baby. A loss. A body recovering from illness. Months, sometimes years, of holding everything together for everyone else. What helps most in those seasons is rarely advice. It's someone showing up, in your own home, to take care of you — no explanation needed, nothing to arrange in advance.
That's Nourish & Restore. For three hours, I come to you: I cook nourishing food in your kitchen, tend to what needs tending around the house, and stay present with you in whatever this chapter actually looks like. Some sessions include somatic practices like belly binding, herbal baths, or gentle touch. Some are just about being witnessed, exactly where you are.
This work is for any woman crossing a threshold — with children or without, with a name for what she's going through or without one yet.

Postpartum is a time of profound transition — a time when the woman who carried new life also deserves to be held, nourished and cared for.Of iets zachter:After giving so much of yourself to bringing new life into the world, you deserve to be held, supported and cared for, too. The mother needs mothering, too.
